To launch things off, here are our first three episodes, where we discuss woman in tech, making inclusion a reality, and the changing role of the manager.

Episode 1

Carrie Goetz (CTO & top 10 most influential woman in Tech 2020) and Meike Arendt (Managing Director, Ceretai)

The topic of Women in Tech has been a focus for many years now. The tech industry has identified the broad underrepresentation of women as an issue, we’re all aware of it and yet where is the progress? Listen in to this episode to find out!

Episode 2

Steve Yacovelli (Author, Speaker, Leadership Coach, a.k.a. ‘The gay leadership dude™’), and Vivian Acquah (Inclusive Workplace Wellness Advocate)

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (or DEI) are major topics of discussion and action in organizations all around the world. But that sometimes mysterious ‘I’ for ‘Inclusion’ – what’s it all about? What does it look like in practice? And what does a truly inclusive workplace look like?

Episode 3

Peter Griffiths (co-founder and CEO of The Mind Takeaway)

The events of 2020 have fast-forwarded trends in management that were already present. There is a greater need for empathy than ever before and humility is more important now than ever – especially for (people) leaders. The time of ‘hero’ leadership’ is over!
