Do you feature ‘Employee goal management’?

Our goal model allows customers to set individual, collective, shared, SMART or moon-shot goals. Managers and employees can easily organize, manage and reassess these goals continuously, as well as create action plans with milestones for larger goals. Our performance graphs and attainment percentages provide a snapshot of individual and collective progress. Employees and managers can use these indicators to review the progress, adjust timelines or request additional resources if necessary.

Does Talentsoft help with career planning?

Our Performance solution allows managers and employees to continuously discuss career advancement strategies. Our goal-setting approach is a framework designed to help managers provide constant feedback to their team members, and help employees plan their career paths as well as contribute to meeting organizational goals.

How do I facilitate regular check-ins between managers and team members?

Our Performance solution allows managers and employees to continuously discuss career advancement strategies. Our goal-setting approach is a framework designed to help managers provide constant feedback to their team members, and help employees plan their career paths as well as contribute to meeting organizational goals.

Do you support team goals?

Our solution allows managers to set weighted shared goals at up to two levels. They are called collective goals or shared goals.

Collective goals are performance goals that you set for all members of a group, for which you assign a weighted goal percentage and each member gets their own attainment percentage. Shared goals are performance goals that you set for all members of a group, for which everyone receives the same attainment percentage.

Managers can then regularly track and measure the metrics associated with the goal, the same way as for individual objectives.
