Our solution covers the entire scope of performance management. Employees, managers, and HR are involved in performance review and development through interactive processes. We offer a powerful OKR (Objectives and Key Results) management application, for managers to continuously follow employee effort and connect personal objectives with team or top company goals. It’s central place dedicated to continuous dialogue between managers and employees to help them improve performance, including 360° reviews for objective and in-context feedback and yearly appraisal campaign management. Our solution is also fully integrated with competencies management, talent review, and compensation to ensure performance-based pay and insightful workforce planning decisions.

How does Talentsoft support promotions?

Our platform lets you handle promotions in multiple places, based on your preferences. For example, promotions can be conducted in the employee file, where you can simply choose a new job for the employee. But it’s also possible to allow managers/directors to reward promotions during other processes such as salary reviews or talent reviews. This way, managers can easily promote employees while following an HR process – without having to access the master data module. From an HR perspective, new contracts can be drafted based on a template and be sent for an e-signature. Plus, data controls in the master data module will ensure that HR changes correlate all information (e.g. position in organization, work address, manager, etc.)
