Does Talentsoft track who has participated in training or not?

Talentsoft Learning supports all types of learning such as virtual classes, e-learning, quizzes, tutorials, training assessments etc. And the Training Management module supports scheduling learning activities, as well as tracking attendance and costs. The LMS app includes a feature where learners can scan QR codes to confirm attendance, and then the system will automatically update their status from planned to attend.

Does Talentsoft identify training need with related associated cost to enable full budget management and follow up?

The Training Management module allows consolidation of training requirements.
