Do you do position management?

Talentsoft offers a very flexible solution to create job libraries including customizable job descriptions for any number of roles. It makes it possible to precisely define job profiles: required competencies, key competencies, weightings, management of unlimited number of professional and interpersonal (soft/hard skills) competencies.

Do you facilitate Employee data management?

Master data is managed in Talentsoft Hub. Talentsoft Hub applies date management to all fields, allowing data to have start and end dates, which enables HR to manage historical versions as well as future versions of each data type. Furthermore data control will help HR ensure that data is tracked in the correct format and that no data is missing. Based on the dates applied to all fields, it is also possible to trigger events (e.g. onboarding, termination, updating, etc.)

Do you support external integration (via API etc.) to export/import master data information to related system such as Active Directory, Intranet, Payroll, etc?

An API is provided based on REST/JSON to export/import master data to external systems. This API includes functionality to get delta information.

Is ‘Workflow and process design’ supported in Talentsoft?

Workflow engine for pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding and cross boarding is available with configurable forms and BPM engine to design flows across multiple stakeholders and parallel flows if needed.
