Context

From 2012, French public employment service Pôle Emploi embarked on an ambitious and far-reaching digital transformation to reinvent how it provides services to both job seekers and recruiting companies.
Revolutionising its HR and learning systems in partnership with Talentsoft was a strategic part of that transformation.

  • 81 % of HR operatives observed a tangible change in professional habits.
  • 97 % of HR staff and 85 % of managers believe Talentsoft contributes to a shared HR function.
  • Easy access to HR data makes employees more active players in their professional development (training requests, self-assessments, etc.).
  • Increased sense of belonging and faith in the organisation among staff.
