Talentsoft positioned as a Visionary in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites for the fourth consecutive year


Talentsoft, the European leader in cloud-based talent management and digital learning, today announced it has been named a Visionary by Gartner Inc. in its February 2017 Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites report.

According to the report, “Talent management (TM) suites are an integrated set of applications that support an organization’s need to plan, attract, develop, reward, engage and retain talent. Such applications include workforce planning, talent acquisition and onboarding, performance appraisal/assessment, goal management, learning management, competency management, career development, succession management and compensation management.

In this Magic Quadrant, Gartner positions Talent Management vendors regarding their ability to execute and completeness of vision, divided into 15 factors – including scope of delivery, quality of services, marketing and sales execution, and several others. Placed as a Visionary for the fourth time in a row, Talentsoft is one of the nine vendors that meet all inclusion criteria.

According to the report, Visionaries are ahead of most potential competitors in delivering innovative products and/or delivery models. Visionaries have a strong potential to influence the direction of the TM suite market, but are limited in execution and/or demonstrable track record.
