Talentsoft announce the winners of the 2019 Talentsoft Awards


More than 800 HRDs from all over the world gathered in Barcelona for the Club Talentsoft. The European leader in cloud-based talent management and training solutions used its annual conference to unveil the winners of the Talentsoft Awards, which recognize three companies that are ambitious in their HR management.  

The Club Talentsoft was also an opportunity to celebrate human singularity and present the latest innovations of the talent management platform with distinguished guests: Malene Rydahl, coach and author of the best-seller “Happy as a Dane”, Alain Roumilhac, President of Manpower France and Ben Summers, Microsoft 365 Product Marketing Manager. They explored different ways to give more meaning to each other’s professional and personal lives by defining what makes their vision and mission unique.

Talentsoft Awards: Pôle Emploi, Fives and Imperial Logistics International rewarded for their HR transformation projects 

The 2019 Talentsoft Awards, sponsored by Microsoft, rewarded three organizations that have met their HR challenges with ambition: Pôle Emploi, Fives and Imperial Logistics International.

The jury – composed of the 2018 winners (Carglass, Bunker Holding, SOS Group) and members of the Talentsoft team – awarded 3 separate prizes:

Game Changer Award: it rewards internal projects that have had a profound impact on the digital transformation of an organization.

The 2019 winner is Pôle Emploi, rewarded for having undertaken a profound organisational transformation since 2012, with the aim of accelerating access and return to employment for applicants. The HRIS project that has been carried out is one of the key elements of this transformation.

“At Pôle emploi, our first asset is the men and women who work there, which is why it is our responsibility to create the conditions so that they can carry out their missions under the best conditions. To do this, by mobilizing the contributions of digital technology, we have embarked on a profound transformation of our organization, our service offer but also our management methods in order to encourage initiative, creativity and the right to try out in a logic of subsidiarity. The “SIRHUS” HR IS project deployed with Talentsoft is fully in line with this approach; it has thus contributed to the digitisation and devolution of the HR function, and enables each employee to be fully involved in the development of his or her skills and professional career.” said Jean-Yves CRIBIER, Executive Vice-President in charge of Human Resources and Social Relations.

Project Leader Award: it rewards the HR team that has changed the HR habits of their organization, successfully leading complex initiatives focused on return on investment and concrete and measurable results.

The 2019 winner is the industrial engineering group Fives, which has positioned itself as a leader in the development of tomorrow’s plant, with 100 locations in 30 countries.

“I am very proud of what we have accomplished as a team. Three years ago, we had no HRIS at all. Today, we have a single HRIS that covers everything but recruitment, and 95% of our employees use it daily. I am also very proud of the way we have continued to discuss the project with HR teams and managers who are convinced of its benefits. The results have been fantastic! ” emphasizes Amandine Jouault, Group HR Performance Manager.

Community Most Valuable Player Award: it rewards the trust and commitment of an HR team in the Talentsoft client community.

The 2019 winner is Imperial Logistics International. Acting as a true partner, Imperial Logistics International embodies the spirit of co-creation in its consulting relationship with Talentsoft.

“I’d like to pay tribute to my team, who couldn’t be here today. Without all their individual contributions and efforts, we would not be where we are right now. Ask yourself what could make your day-to-day work better for you as HR people and for your employees. You have nothing to lose!” said Sebastian Hanke, Head of HR Technology. 

Set a course for singularity!

The Talentsoft Club is also an opportunity to present the latest exclusive product innovations and its roadmap for the coming months. During his keynote, Alexandre Pachulski, co-founder of Talentsoft, welcomed Ben Summers, Microsoft 365 Product Marketing Manager, to announce the integration of Microsoft Graph data connect to the Talentsoft platform. This integration will provide organizations with a more detailed view of available skills and team interactions.

The theme of the Club “Embrace your singularity” was an opportunity to discuss the future of work, with the insights of Malene Rydahl, author of the best-seller “Happy as a Dane” and Alain Roumilhac, President of Manpower France :

“The development of Artificial Intelligence has led to the emergence of many utopian discourses on the disappearance of work and the replacement of the worker by a machine. The reality is that the time has not yet come when algorithms will replace employees on thankless tasks, increase their capabilities tenfold or replace them. Nevertheless, this moment must be anticipated and everyone, individually and collectively, must question the work: its different forms, the objectives it serves, the opportunities it creates…” explains Alexandre Pachulski, Co-founder of Talentsoft and author.
