Tools for better “in-house user experience”: HR and employees


On 11 June 2015, Talentsoft hosted its #ClubTS 2015. This unique event gathered clients, partners and experts from across Europe to discuss new HR trends and share their experiences in order to define the best HR practices.

Key Figures and Challenges

As of today, Crédit Agricole S.A. counts 49 million clients, 150,000 employees and is present in over 50 countries.

This French network of corporate and mutual banks receives more than 250,000 CVs per year for an estimated number of 15,000 vacancies (for all types of contracts, France & international).

The banking group has decided to deploy Talentsoft Recruiting in order to address key issues:

  • Deploy a single tool for external recruitment and internal mobility
  • Facilitate and develop internal mobility within the group
  • Improve the quality of user experience (employees, HR, and external candidates)
  • Help HR increase efficiency and save time
  • Control costs

Integrating cut-e and Cubiks Tests

Crédit Agricole S.A. used the online assessment tests and questionnaires of our partners cut-e and Cubiks. The complete integration of these two tools in Talentsoft centralises the sending and receiving of tests, and provides advantages in terms of time, efficiency and information sharing for the company’s HR department—the recruitment process is thus carried out from A to Z using one single tool.

A Mobile Recruiting App

Crédit Agriocle S.A. has also provided its employees with a mobile app, allowing them to view and apply for internal job openings wherever, whenever. This new service has allowed the group to optimise and develop their internal mobility.


Today, the app is used by 450 users in over 15 countries. The company’s “MyJobs” project has experienced great success over the course of 10 months: More than 7,000 published vacancies, 25,000 connected users, 9,000 internal applicants, 130,000 external candidates, 15,000 and 4,000 Cut-e and PAPI sent tests, respectively.
