Future Unicorn Award by Euronext

Talentsoft, the European leader in Cloud-based talent management and learning software has received the Future Unicorn Award in the Software-as-a-Service (Saas) category from Euronext and Roland Berger. With 30% growth in 2017 operating in 15 countries, Talentsoft is a true European success story and a continental leader.

The Future Unicorn trophy rewards privately held French technology firms that have had consistently remarkable growth and the potential to become unicorns within the next five years. Since its founding in 2007 Talentsoft has leveraged its innovative HR platform to fuel rapid growth, with 30% in 2017 alone. This prestigious award serves to not only recognize the hypergrowth Talentsoft has experienced but also validates the power of the European technology scene.

With its successful track record and recent fundraising with Goldman Sachs, Talentsoft is well equipped to execute its business plan for the next three years. It will be focusing on two main areas:

  • Strong international development – Having more than 5 million users outside of France and dedicated teams in over 15 countries.
  • Innovation – Providing the only collaborative digital platform for building meaningful relationships between HR, employees, and managers, and providing them with the tools and content they need to be successful.

A business model combining hyper growth and financial stability

With an estimated turnover of 70M € in 2018, the company keeps growing at a +30 % rate per year. The software editor starts 2018 with a cumulated 75M € turnover, of which more than 80 % has been secured with already existing contracts.
