Backed by 20 years’ experience in the enterprise software market, Jean-Stéphane Arcis became one of the co-founders of Talentsoft in 2007. Before Talentsoft, he was the Sales Director for Oracle Applications, General Manager for France and the Benelux Union at Siebel, and Vice-President for Europe at Vignette. Arcis was actively involved in the introduction and development of ERP and CRM software in Europe. He graduated from ESCP Europe and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
With more than 15 years' experience in both HR and IT, Alexandre Pachulski chaired a management consulting firm for 8 years before creating Talentsoft. He is the author of several books on human resources and hosts his own YouTube channel called ""Talents of Tomorrow"". In 2015, Pachulski was awarded the French Golden Mouse award for his blog, ""Les Talents d'Alex"", centered around talent management. He holds a PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence from Paris-Dauphine.
Joël Bentolila has over 30 years of experience in developing and integrating software solutions for large software vendors. He graduated from L’Ecole des Mines of Paris, and performed research in Artificial Intelligence in the Computer Science Department of Carnegie Mellon University.
During his 20 years of career in major technology companies - Microsoft, Bouygues Telecom, Oui SNCF - Olivier has supported key accounts in the implementation of their transformation and collaboration projects in companies. As VP Professional Services, Olivier coordinates project management, technical support and operations management teams to ensure the success of projects to implement, integrate and adopt Talentsoft solutions for customers. He is a graduate of ITM Mines d'Alès.
Marc Bonnamour has over 20 years' experience working with some of the fastest growing companies, more specifically in the SaaS sectors in France and in the US. He's held senior executive positions in the financial and operational departments at Deloitte, LVMH, and TraceOne. As Chief Operating Officer Marc is in charge of Talentsoft’s operations, managing global sales and delivery teams.
Shana joins Talentsoft from Danone where she has spent more than 10 years in HR leadership roles, covering an array of geographical scopes, across business units including a production plant, R&D activities, through to the corporate head offices. Shana is both Canadian & French. Her 3 main fields of expertise are Psychoeducation, Human Resources, and Professional Coaching. Stemming from a family of entrepreneurs, she started her professional life filling-in for various positions in the family businesses. From the very beginning, she was attracted to the human aspects of the business. Having completed a psychoeducation degree, she worked in Canada, France, and the UK, before steering her postgraduate educational path, as well as her career, towards HR. Shana is passionate about tackling BUSINESS challenges through the development of people & organizations.
Geoffrey joined Talentsoft from Enablon, the world’s leading provider of Sustainability, EH&S and Operational Risk Management Software, where he spent 12 years in various software engineering roles including VP of Engineering. Geoffrey leads the Agile Factory at Talentsoft whose mission is to optimize efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction by identifying areas of improvement, streamlining initiatives across programs, supporting people growth, developing synergies and monitoring success metrics. He holds degrees from SKEMA Business School and Ecole Superieure d'Ingenieurs en Electrotechnique et Electronique.
Berry Clemens has over 25 years experience working in the IT industry in marketing, sales but also technical international management roles. He’s been an entrepreneur and has led start-ups, scale-ups with both fast autonomous growth but also through mergers and acquisitions fueled by an IPO at the EuroNext Amsterdam. His last growth assignment was to build the Northern Europe sales organisation for Oracle Digital for the SAAS Applications business for HCM, SCM and ERPM solutions. As Vice President of Sales Berry is in charge of Talentsoft’s sales operations to support the international growth of our award winning SAAS HCM platform.
An expert in finance and business performance improvement, Stéphane Vais has more than 25 years of experience in France and abroad. From start-ups/scale-ups to large groups, Stéphane has led the development and transformation of organizations in France and Europe. A graduate of HEC Paris, Stéphane started his career in venture capital and created the US office (Palo Alto) of Thomson Ventures before joining the Hersant group (Le Figaro, France-Soir, regional daily press) and then AOL France. After 4 years at Photobox (Paris/London) as a CFO, he joined Sarenza as a Deputy General Director where he created a department dedicated to data science and data engineering. Stéphane Vais' mission is to support Talentsoft's transformation through the development of the finance and legal function in order to contribute to Talentsoft's growth in France and internationally.
