Backed by 20 years’ experience in the enterprise software market, Jean-Stéphane Arcis became one of the co-founders of Talentsoft in 2007. Before Talentsoft, he was the Sales Director for Oracle Applications, General Manager for France and the Benelux Union at Siebel, and Vice-President for Europe at Vignette. Arcis was actively involved in the introduction and development of ERP and CRM software in Europe. He graduated from ESCP Europe and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
With more than 15 years' experience in both HR and IT, Alexandre Pachulski chaired a management consulting firm for 8 years before creating Talentsoft. He is the author of several books on human resources and hosts his own YouTube channel called ""Talents of Tomorrow"". In 2015, Pachulski was awarded the French Golden Mouse award for his blog, ""Les Talents d'Alex"", centered around talent management. He holds a PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence from Paris-Dauphine.
Joël Bentolila has over 30 years of experience in developing and integrating software solutions for large software vendors. He graduated from L’Ecole des Mines of Paris, and performed research in Artificial Intelligence in the Computer Science Department of Carnegie Mellon University.
Belinda has 20+ years of senior international operational finance experience in fast moving service and start up environments. Bi-cultural (English – French) and FCMA qualified, she has worked with multiple foreign accounting jurisdictions, and led teams through aggressive growth plans, financial systems implementations, IPOs and transformation projects.
Ségolène Finet has over 20 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, and marketing communications with a focus on international strategy. She previously held management roles at PeopleSoft and Oracle, in the Silicon Valley headquarters and European offices. She received her MBA from the University of California Berkeley, and holds a B.A. in Political Sciences from IEP Grenoble.
Bertrand Didier was quick to grasp how critical project management is to an organization's success. He has focused his entire career on building deep expertise in large-scale project management and motivating teams to deliver results according to plan. He has gained expertise through his work in finance, consulting and organization for PSA, Accenture, and Pierre Fabre. Didier also has 15 years of experience in Human Resources. He graduated from the Advanced Management Program of Toulouse Business School and holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Management and Strategy from the University of Paris X, HEC Paris, and ESSEC Business School.
Marc Bonnamour has over 20 years' experience working with some of the fastest growing companies, more specifically in the SaaS sectors in France and in the US. He's held senior executive positions in the financial and operational departments at Deloitte, LVMH, and TraceOne. As Chief Operating Officer Marc is in charge of Talentsoft’s operations, managing global sales and delivery teams.
Throughout his career, Jérôme Bruet has developed significant expertise in pedagogical approaches. In 2002, he founded e-doceo, which quickly became the European leader in digital learning, and then merged with Talentsoft in June 2016. Bruet is co-author of the book entitled “Capital Learning: Training Serving Enterprise Performance” Editions EMS (2014).
With 15 years of experience in software, FMCG and politics, Justus is the Director of Operations at Talentsoft. He joined the company from another of France’s fastest growing tech companies, SmartFocus (emailvision). Justus holds a bachelor from Brandeis University and an Executive MBA from Université Paris-Dauphine.
With nearly two decades of experience in HR Julien Moulin has a deep passion for people management & using technology to help people develop their talents. He’s spent ten years as a hands-on HR professional for FDJ, M6 group & L’Oréal before joining Talentsoft in 2009 and using his expertise to build the professional services team from the ground up. Julien is also a guest lecturer at IGS School and a mentor to various startups.
Passionate about people, Laure wants to contribute to a better world through best people experience at work, education & culture. During her over 25 year international experience career, in Professional Services, Marketing and HR, working for Professional Training Centers and Sage, she has focused her energy on building innovative initiatives to provide people with a great place to work and making HR teams key business partners. She received several awards as the Award of the HRD Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010. Laure holds a master in Political Sociology and a master in Political Sciences from Paris 1 Sorbonne. She co-wrote « HR & digital : HR vision on digital transformation » Diateino publisher and « Visions of female HR Directors on a changing world », Pearson Publisher.
