Scope project

This international group has chosen Talentsoft to manage their appraisal processes. The main challenge was to find the best tool to support HR processes. The entire project, from the first contact to the implementation of the new appraisal process within the company, took only three months!

Going further with Talentsoft

One main concern for Trenkwalder was data protection and security. The company has verified that data is properly protected and that the data protection policy complies with the Talentsoft agreement.
Going further with Talentsoft: Trenkwalder plans to expand the use of the application to include Training, Talent Management and Compensation modules.

Key points
