The Challenge: Support modernisation of the management of the executive population and their compensation with a new tool, functioning as a complement to the existing HRIS (SAP), simplifying management of appraisal interviews, annual objectives forms and salary revision campaigns for the executive population.

Our answer: Enable ADP Group Managers and HR decision-makers to manage appraisal interviews, annual objectives forms and salary reviews campaigns for the executive population, or approximately 1,200 employees, with a planned extension to cover 6,000 employees.
