TalentSoft, the leader in SaaS-based Integrated Talent Management, reinforces its position as a market leader with its inclusion in Gartner's "Magic Quadrant for Employee Performance Management software". This distinction accompanies the rapid international deployment of TalentSoft on the Microsoft Windows Azure Platform-as-a-Service.

The TalentSoft integrated EPM solution has been selected for its capacity to manage talent in an integrated way (recruitment, training management, compensation management, etc.), and for its functionality, which is a strong differentiating factor in a rapidly developing market: workforce planning.

The Gartner report notes that: “Delivered via the SaaS model, TalentSoft is best-suited to multinationals wanting an integrated EPM suite (and other talent management applications). TalentSoft has some unique functionality, including Talent Planning support (see "Case Study: Managing Business Change and Legal Compliance With Talent Management at La Francaise des Jeux"), differentiating key talent in compensation management.”

Gartner audited fifteen Talentsoft clients in the 2nd half of 2010 and notes their satisfaction: “Customers cited ease of use, configuration and training as product strengths. In addition, they cited account management and ongoing maintenance and support as strengths.”

We should point out that TalentSoft has been cited six times by Gartner since being named in the "Cool Vendors in Human Capital Software" report in 2009.
