On April 12th, four startups – AssessFirst, EveryCheck, Visiotalent and ZestMeUp – were selected based on their international potential and innovative offer in order to benefit from marketing & business support from Talentsoft.
The Startup Accelerator Program, in its inaugural year, aims to support French startups in the HR sphere that show promise in their international expansion. Working with Le Lab RH, a French accelerator for over 400 startups, Talentsoft launched the program in an effort to enhance the digital transformation of the HR industry on a global level.
“As a European leader, we feel that it is our responsibility to help our startup ecosystem by giving them the tools and opportunities to gain an international foothold,” said Alexandre Pachulski, Chief Product Officer at Talentsoft.
The Startup Accelerator Program opened applications to all Le Lab RH members, where 9 finalists went on to pitch their business model and global strategy at Talentsoft’s head office. The startups were judged on their value proposition synergies, their readiness to reach international markets and their compatibility with Talentsoft. The 4 winners will receive ongoing support in their international expansion, through marketing & PR campaigns, a presence at Club Talentsoft – one of the biggest HR user conferences in Europe – as well as sales and business mentoring from Talentsoft’s GM.
