cut-e, the leading provider of online assessment tools, is proud to announce its partnership with Talentsoft, the HR talent management software specialists. The partnership will see the integration of cut-e’s entire range of tests and questionnaires into the French firm’s recruitment offering. In addition to creating value, the move gives both companies the opportunity to increase their visibility in their respective European markets.

cut-e’s tests and questionnaires will complete Talentsoft’s candidate management solution and optimise the candidate selection process for HR users. Recruiters will be able to choose tests according to the specific requirements of a particular position within the HRIS recruitment module, automatically send candidates questions and access their answers all in the same space. “Recruiters can manage the whole process on a single platform. The procedure is simpler and easier and leaves very little room for error. This way each candidate can be tracked and results easily compared to ensure the best possible choice of profile,” explained Anne-Catherine Yon, country manager for cut-e France.

“This alliance will create substantial shared added value. The aim is to offer a complete solution to all HR professionals wanting to manage their candidate selection process effectively and efficiently. In addition the Talentsoft partnership fits well with the 300 plus cut-e integrations we have achieved so far with various HRIS such as Taleo, SAP, Lumesse, Amris etc,” added Anne-Catherine Yon.
