Paris, 10th March 2016 – The international logistics company DB Schenker, one of the leading operators of air, ocean and road freight worldwide, has selected Talentsoft’s cloud-based HR and talent management suite to manage its 65,000 employees across 2,000 sites worldwide.

By choosing the Talentsoft integrated solution, DB Schenker can offer new, unified HR services to all its employees worldwide by capitalizing on a multi-site, multi-country, and multi-source HR database that is accessible through an online platform. The objectives are to optimize the performance and evaluation process of all employees and thus improve career management and in-house skills development, two major initiatives for the human resources department of the group.

“Our objective is to harmonize our key strategic talent management processes for all 65,000 employees worldwide. Our choice went to Talentsoft’s software suite for its vast functional scope and its expertise of international roll-outs, applying agile methods for both project management and system deployment,” explains Michael Miener, SVP Global HR Systems & Analytics of DB Schenker.

“This new, large-scale global implementation with DB Schenker confirms our role as a key partner for international companies wishing to strengthen their strategic HR initiatives and help their employees build successful career pathways,” Jean-Stéphane Arcis, CEO of Talentsoft says, “This signature along with the recent €25 million investment from Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking confirms our strategy of creating products and services that enable organizations to empower their employees in a global environment.”

DB Schenker joins numerous other multinationals, Air France, Clarins, Dassault, Delta Lloyd, EADS, Elior, Euromaster, Mazars, McDonald’s, Safran, SNCF, Swarovski, Toys’R’Us, and Vinci, that have chosen Talentsoft to accompany them on their Digital HR Transformation.
