The international HR director of CBS Outdoor wished to harmonize at a the worldwide level its practices of appraisal, training and competency management. Having met several competitors and further to a very positive balance sheet of the project CBS Outdoor France/TalentSoft, CBS Outdoor International launched a TalentSoft project on 11 countries in 7 languages.
The architecture in accommodated mode is ideal in the case of multi-location deployment. Furthermore the multi-organizations and multi-languages modularity as well as the ergonomic aspect of TalentSoft allows simple and fast deployments. The consolidations and the training plans are made in real-time, and combine a regional view with a global synthesis. TalentSoft is thus totally adapted to this type of project and was able to organize a fast deployment. In 4 weeks, the managers of the group had access to their performance appraisal interviews, in their own language, including the Chinese.
