OSEO, public institution having for mission to support the innovation and the growth of the SME(small and medium-sized enterprise), granted to TalentSoft the status of Innovative Company and the FCPI certification (Mutual Funds for Innovation) in September 2007.

In June, 2009, TalentSoft was selected as representative in the category "Software Technologies" during theannual seminary on the theme: "The Innovation in TRICK". OSEO participates in the financing of TalentSoft 's R&D programme in recognition of the quality of its teams and its technical projects.
