In November 2009, TalentSoft won the PM’up 2009 prize awarded by the Ile-de-France Region and was acknowledged for its strong growth potential in employment, innovation and international development as well as its commitment to and actions supporting sustainable development. TalentSoft will benefit from personalised support with financial aid in the form of subsidies and consulting, international development, investment and recruitment.

OSEO, a public institution promoting the innovation and growth of SMEs, awarded TalentSoft the status of Innovative Enterprise and its FCPI certification ((Mutual Funds for Innovation) in September 2007.
In June 2009, TalentSoft was selected as the representative of Application Technologies during its annual seminar
“Innovation in CIT”. OSEO recognises the quality of TalentSoft’s teams and participates in financing its R&D programme.

In July 2008, TalentSoft won the "Tremplin Entreprise" prize for innovation awarded by the French Senate and the ESSEC business school whose prize committee comprises representatives from large French corporations. This award is further recognition of TalentSoft’s innovation, positioning and HR expertise.

The only enterprise software solution prize winner in 2008, TalentSoft was awarded «Best Innovation 2008» at Capital-IT, the venture capital Marketplace.This prize was awarded for TalentSoft’s innovation and positioning, genuine recognition of its success.
