
Radiospares wanted to quickly revitalize its competency initiative and to provide the Human Resources department with the means to organise and to pilot an annual appraisal campaign. One of the major challenges was to liven up the job and competency framework whilst optimising the time spent by managers on the preparation of their teams evaluations.
The "TS 10" programme matched the needs of the Company perfectly. In a 10 days schedule, the TalentSoft solution was implemented for a pilot population of 500 employees. It was used to automate the current manual appraisal forms and to link both job and competency frameworks to the annual appraisal process.
After testing the solution for two weeks the HR team was quickly convinced to manage the entire appraisail campaign with the TalentSoft solution. The campaign itself was launched at the beginning of April 2009, just over a month after the initial pilot phase. Thanks to the user-friendly decision making dashboards, the Group HR director quickly had access to graphical representation of real time trends including information implemented during the reviews such as performance, competencies, mobility and training information.
The automatisation of the appraisal process online was an important selection criteria for Radiospares due to their commitment to a paperless office in support of sustainable development.
Six months after its launch, the TS 10 programme demonstrated its considerable power and true value in its ability to combine personnalised free trial, followed by speed and quality of implementation to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
