
The project deployed at Aeroports de Paris since January 2010 focuses on compensation management for the executives of the Group. In that framework, the extension of the project is planned for all its employees, approximately 7,200 employees.
The main idea was to improve the compensation system through its bonus, which would be indexed on the achievement of individual objectives for the executives. Within ADP, this HR Director initiative is to facilitate one of the managers' duties and to give to executives a better visibility on their annual assigned objectives.
