Business: The L’Equipe Group, which specializes in sports journalism, employs 500 people, 300 of whom are journalists. It publishes L'Equipe, France Football, le Mag and Vélo Magazine.
Challenge: The L'Equipe Group wanted to facilitate the career management of its employees, 70% of whom are "seniors" with little possibility for mobility internally or externally. The plan to deploy a talent management solution aimed to identify the professional projects and training expectations of the Group's employees in order to ensure that the employees could adapt to the changes in the press sector.
Our answer: L'Equipe needed to implement and effectively manage career reviews to meet the requirements of "senior" agreements and action plans. The company also needed to perform Job Mapping to detect possible career developments for the employees.
TalentSoft's benefits: TalentSoft helped the Group design forms and consolidate the various HR materials. Implementation was rapid (model creation and deployment in three months), thanks to the flexibility of the solution in Saas. TalentSoft allowed L'Equipe to better consider its employees’ career development wishes, which were noted during competency reviews.
