Business: As subsidiary of Michelin, Euromaster supplies and fits tyres for both private and commercial vehicles. The company operates in 12 countries and has 11,800 employees.
Challenge: Euromaster wished to set up an Integrated Talent Management solution in the frame of its HR function modernization project, aimed at improving internal services brought to employees and managers.
Our answer: Primarily, TalentSoft automates the employee profile online and centralises all HR information and enables the creation of a talent pool of employees supported by a centralised job and competency framework. All the modules (Mobility, People Reviews, Appraisals, Training, Salary Reviews) feed and rely on this information and enrich the employee files.
TalentSoft’s benefits: The centralised employee profile strenghtens the quality of the information and data driven from HR management processes, allowing HR and managers to centralise employee information and manage their employees. Employees can update their own information within the "My TalentSoft" module, it ensures that Talent Management data within the TalentSoft system is accurate and of a high quality and this is then fed across to the payroll and HR solutions.
