Business: The Elior Group is the third largest Contract Catering and Related Services Operator in Europe. Elior is present in 14 countries and employs over 77 000 people, 33 000 of whom work in France.
Challenge: Within the framework of the Elior 2015 Project, the Elior Group wanted to acquire tools first to manage the competency review process and talent reviews, then for the salary reviews. The purpose of this approach was to intensify internal mobility, diversify career development and provide employees with visibility regarding their potential to develop within the Group. The project, which initially focused on Top Managers, will be broadened to encompass all Group employees.
