Challenge: Make implementing a dynamic HR policy a strategic priority. Develop and place value on employee performance with active career management. Optimise training management and career development (Personnel Review and Career Committee), annual performance reviews and the organisational chart. Implement an employee/manager HR portal to optimise HR processes and decision-making cycles. Get employees involved in their career and support managers as drivers for internal dialogue. Population: 4 000 employees (employees, managers, HR) and 1 000 external service providers.

Within "TS my TalentSoft", and thanks to "TS apps", the home page is the place where all HR processes converge: assessment campaign supervision, employee training registration, mobility wish updates, and so on.
