Business: Created in 1995, Boursorama (a member of the Company Générale Group) is now a major player in the European online banking sector. Boursorama employs over 500 people.
Challenge: Boursorama wanted to build a knowledge base of its 500 employees, streamline the approach to HR and optimize the management of their "key talent". This project supported the Company's desire to automate reviews and create a centralised place for employee communication exchanges. The aim was to respond to HR challenges whilst involving and engaging employees and managers.
Our answer: Boursorama needed to manage annual performance interviews, integrate a job and competency framework, and create online Mini CVs and decision-assistance dashboards for employee mobility and development.
