Business: ARTE designs, co-produces, purchases and broadcasts programmes for the ARTE television channel.
Challenge: The HRD of ARTE wishes wanted to computerise and formalise annual reviews as well as improve dialogue and internal manager-employee communication and optimise its Competency Management and Planning processes. The tool should enable employees to become involved in their own development plan. This project concerns over 200 permanent employees.
Our answer: Create a dedicated Employee space for giving feedback, promoting dialogue and developing Manager/Employee relations. Computerising reviews and integrating TS training and TS evaluation with available dashboards and decision-assistance tools all help to optimise training processes.
