Chief Executive Officer
After 20 years’ experience in the enterprise software market, Jean-Stéphane became one of the co-founders of Talentsoft in 2007. Before Talentsoft he was Sales Director for Oracle Applications, General Manager France and Benelux at Siebel and Vice-President Europe at Vignette. He was actively involved in the introduction and development of ERP and CRM software in Europe. Jean-Stéphane is a graduate of ESCP Europe and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Chief Product Officer
Alexandre has over 10 years of double expertise in HR and IT. He was one of the founders of an HR consulting firm specialized in career development before co-founding Talentsoft. He is an accomplished author of several books on HR themes and has a blog dedicated to Talent Management. Alexandre holds a Doctorate in IT with a thesis on the identification of key competencies within a company.
Chief Technical Officer
Joel has over 20 years of Technical Management experience for Software Engineering Companies such as ATOS, Computer Associates and Platinum Technologies. A graduate of Ecole des Mines in Paris Joel did his post-graduate research at Carnegie-Mellon University, Pennsylvania.
Chief Financial Officer
Over 15 years of experience in Finance as Group Finance Controller and Finance Manager. Olivier previously worked for Viadeo, Bateman Litwin, CSC Peat Marwick and ACA-NEXIA International. He is a chartered accountant and he holds a Master 2 in Finance from “l’Institut de Haute Finance”.
HR professional with more than 13 years’ experience in proposing new Talent Management solutions to companies. Jean-Sébastien has previously worked in both management and consulting positions for Towers Watson, Lumesse, Razel, Spie Oil and gas and PagesJaunes. He is a graduate of “l’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d’Amiens” (France Business School) and holds a BA in social law.
Chief Marketing Officer
Over 15 years’ experience in product marketing, product strategy, and marketing communications with a focus on international strategy. Previously held management roles at PeopleSoft and Oracle, in Silicon Valley headquarters and European offices. Holds a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Political Sciences from IEP Grenoble.
VP Professional Services
Bertrand Didier was quick to grasp the importance of business projects and the significance of mobilising the people involved. He has gained expertise in the field of Project Management through his work in Finance, Consulting and Organisation for PSA, Accenture and Pierre Fabre. He also has 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Bertrand Didier graduated from the Advanced Management Program of Toulouse Business School and holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Management and Strategy from the University of Paris X, HEC Paris and ESSEC Business School.
Chief Customer Officer
For over 20 years, Marc Bonnamour has worked for reputed companies such as Deloitte and LVMH, and for some of the fastest growing companies in the SaaS sector in France and the US (COO at Trace One). Bonnamour is now the Chief Customer Officer at Talentsoft, in charge of sales and customer satisfaction.
Sylvaine LE BARON,
Human Resources Vice President
Backed by her HR experience in fast-growing companies like Sidetrade and KLB Group, Sylvaine Le Baron joined Talentsoft to help it grow and develop its teams. Sylvaine Le Baron graduated from Audencia Nantes School of Management.
Learning Business Unit Vice President
In the course of his career, Jérôme Bruet, Vice President of Talentsoft’s Learning Business Unit, has acquired extensive expertise in educational engineering. He founded e-doceo in 2002, which went on to become the European leader in digital learning before merging with Talentsoft in 2016. Bruet is co-author of the book “Capital learning : la formation au service de la performance de l’entreprise”, Editions EMS (2014)
