During the second quarter of 2010, Talentsoft reinforced its strong development with the addition of 10 new clients, including Credit Mutuel, TIGF (Total Gaz), Boursorama, L’Equipe, Euromaster, Clarins et Arte – projects that comprised several tens of thousands of employees in approximately thirty different countries. In total, 250,000 users connect to Talentsoft every day.
Today, more than 100 projects have come to life with Talentsoft in all Talent Management areas: Assessments, Online profiles, People and Salary reviews, Talent Planning, Training, Mobility and Recruitment.

TS Summer 10’ offers all Talent Management solution modules, each of which share the same user interface, search engine and data model. All company employees can access the application from one, customizable screen for totally intuitive navigation.

With TS central and TS my talentsoft, the online employee profiles regroup all “administrative” information (e.g. function description, mailing address, driver’s license information) and “talent” information (career development and training). The employee profiles can be accessed from any of the solution modules and can be searched using TS search.
The employees thus become active in their own professional development through online mini CVs or by entering their professional experience, training, diplomas and degrees, competencies, extra-professional skills and personal projects. They also validate all “administrative” and “talent” information.
