With its integrated talent management tool for Human Resources Directors, Talentsoft is increasing its investments on the international front.
Talentsoft recently raised 3 million Euros in funding from Seventure Partners, a subsidiary of Natixis Private Equity, and from the Alto Invest Company. The specialist in Integrated Talent Management is expanding in a high growth market (+20% per year) and wishes to further broaden its European development. Its human resources software suite is already deployed in about thirty countries. Over one million individual reviews are being conducted each year with the Talentsoft solution.
This software company was created in 2007 on the outskirts of Paris in Boulogne-Billancourt. In the past two years Talentsoft has had strong development in a European market that was nearly uncharted. The company offers its software as a service (in SaaS mode) and hosts the application for its clients, who can manage their information remotely thereby optimizing their support costs. With this subscription service, Talentsoft also ensures steady income for itself.
Recruitment in view
“We tripled our activity and reached 4.5 million Euros in new bookings in 2010. The funds we raised will serve to strengthen our international teams. We plan to double our activity in 2011, especially with our subsidiary network”, explains Jean-Stéphane Arcis, CEO of Talentsoft. The number of employees will increase in 2011 from 40 to 60.
“Against a tough economic background, where certain competencies are rare and salaries are frozen, careful employee management will ensure corporate success. It is with the help of collaborative, web-based tools that companies will be able to do this, just like they already manage their customer relationships”, highlights Olivier Protard, Seed Capital Adviser at Seventure Partners. Talentsoft’s tool, which is available for use with IBM and Microsoft platforms, helps companies follow career profiles on the web and aggregate all sorts of data to help Human Resources Directors.
“Human Resources Directors see the gains in productivity provided by the Talentsoft software when it comes to prepare dashboards, to build training plans as well as adjusting compensation and mobility within their teams”, states Marion Aubry, Partner at Seventure Partners. Ms. Aubry is renewing her participation in Talentsoft for the third time: “This software company has been able to increase its yearly orders threefold.” Furthermore, they did so on a European market evaluated by Seventure at several hundred million Euros.
