TalentSoft continues its international expansion: 10 new large accounts in the Cloud in first quarter 2011

TalentSoft cements its strong international growth with the acquisition of 10 new clients in the first quarter of 2011. A unique optimised integrated Talent Management solution worldwide for Microsoft's Windows Azure Cloud Services Platform, TalentSoft provides multinational companies with a flexible, powerful and highly customisable Talent Management software suite. This gives HR departments in complex, multi-site organisations a long-term solution for managing all of their employees: solution setup in three months, harmonisation and fluidity of all processes in the talent management chain.

Strong results in line with TalentSoft’s international strategy

After tripling its turnover in 2010, TalentSoft has doubled its business activity again in 2011 with clients such as Elior, Crédit Mutuel, Ingenico, Limagrain and Bata choosing to deploy its solutions worldwide. Through its network of subsidiaries and affiliated partners, TalentSoft brings a unique skillset to bear in deploying and supporting its solutions worldwide.

"During the first quarter of 2011, TalentSoft acquired 10 new clients, including Elior, Ingenico, Limagrain, Virbac, Agirc-Arrco, Crédit Foncier, Les Mousquetaires and Banque de Luxembourg. We are proud to be offering our solution in 40 countries and 17 languages, representing several million HR interviews conducted every year with TalentSoft. Gartner has acknowledged the impact of our software suite worldwide, positioning us in its 2011 Magic Quadrant for Employee Performance Management software," says Jean-Stéphane Arcis, CEO of TalentSoft.

Cloud Computing’s most agile solution

Ever since its inception, TalentSoft has stood out in the marketplace with its pure SaaS model and its solution offering native integration of all Talent Management modules: evaluation, training, mobility, recruitment and remuneration.

Now, TalentSoft is innovating again with the only integrated talent management solution optimised for Microsoft's Windows Azure Cloud Services Platform, driving accelerated international growth for the company. The first beneficiaries of this technological leap by TalentSoft are end users (HR, managers and employees): remarkable ease of use, a fivefold reduction in implementation time, application customisation, availablility and stable performance. In addition, employee data is secure and can be localised for European, Asian and American markets to suit each company's requirements.

A close-up of two international talent management projects: Ingenico and Bata

Ingenico, the leading player in the secure electronic payments industry, with more than 15 million terminals deployed across 125 countries, is expanding rapidly through a combination of organic and external growth. The group is seeking to optimise its internal Talent Management processes worldwide: performance, job and skills management, performance review and compensation management. It was looking for a solution which could be flexibly incorporated into SAP HR, optimise information sharing, improve the manager/employee relationship and provide decision-making assistance tools for overall employee management.

Ingenico chose TalentSoft because its Integrated Talent Management solution, with its international and multilingual (8 languages) capability, satisfied all of its day-to-day HR requirements - evaluation, performance, strategic workforce planning, salary and people reviews - while at the same time placing skills at the heart of the HR information system. The extremely rapid uptake of the solution by managers and employees was also a decisive factor. For example, using TalentSoft, HR can create custom evaluation forms for the entire group which can be tailored to suit specific local legislation. The solution thus consolidates and homogenises the process of managing annual assessment campaigns.

The international HR division of Bata, a world leader in the shoe market operating in 50 countries, chose TalentSoft to underpin its competencies initiative. The goals were: to provide more effective management of evaluation campaigns in a multi-site organisation (160 stores in France, 4,600 worldwide), to benefit from HR decision-making control panels, and to create and implement a single jobs benchmark for all executives. Bata was won over by TalentSoft's ease of use, customisation options and development functions.

"We were looking for a tool offering maximum flexibility, with customisable templates, and available on the Cloud for rapid deployment", says Julien Lebédel, Bata's HR Operations Manager. "TalentSoft supported us in our efforts to map our skills framework. Dynamic forms, completely customised and pre-completed according to the employee's job title, are one very definite advantage possessed by this solution – which was designed for our operational teams, and was up and running inside of two months", he concludes.
